Häufig gestellte Fragen
Wir nehmen Kleider und Schuhe jeglicher Art an. Durch die verschiedenen Destinationen können wir saisonale Kleider gut verteilen. Neben Kleidung erfreuen wir uns auch an Bettwäsche, Wolldecken und anderen Textilien oder auch über Spiel- und Sportsachen, wie zum Beispiel Fussbälle. Zudem rufen wir auf Instagram ab und an zur Spende von spezifischen Sachen auf.
Wir werden die Sachen sortieren (nach Art, Grössen, Saisonalität, usw.) und waschen und flicken wenn nötig. Danach gehen die gespendeten Kleider direkt durch uns oder via Bekannte an bedürftige Kinder und Erwachsene in den betroffenen Gebieten (siehe nächste Frage).
Depending on demand, seasonality and planned delivery routes, the clothes are brought either to Senegal, Kenya, Romania, Moldova or Ukraine and handed over directly to those in need or to small organizations for distribution.
Senegal & Kenya: Some of the African destinations are supplied directly by us, while others are transported with the help of our partner organization Hand für Afrika from St. Gallen ( handfuerafrika.ch ). We are also supported by local contacts.
Romania, Moldova & Ukraine: The supplies are brought to Eastern Europe by relatives of ours via the aid organization SFI (further information at sfi-relief.ch ).
